Dog Walking
I give full permission for my dog(s) to be walked by Emily Miles (Owner of Truffles n Cuddles).

I am responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur with my dog(s) in participation with any of the services offered by Truffles n Cuddles. I hereby agree to indemnify Truffles n Cuddles in full against liability from such injuries or accidents to third parties.

If my dog(s) is/are walking on lead it is via a durable harness and secure lead which is fitted and secured firmly by myself to avoid my dog(s) slipping its harness and/or collar whilst out on walks. I also ensure my dog(s) ID tag is attached. Truffles n Cuddles will not hold responsibility and liability if this criteria is not met including any complications if your dog was to slip their collar and/or harness during Truffles n Cuddles care.

My dog(s) is/are good on lead walks to ensure the safety is kept for both the walker (Emily Miles) and my dog(s). Truffles n Cuddles cannot take on any dogs who are prone to pull excessively on the lead and reserves the right to refuse admission and/or continuation of such services.

Overnight Stays
I understand to inform Truffles n Cuddles of a minimum of 6 days notice for cancellation re overnight stays. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the stay.
At the time of booking, I agree to pay a small deposit towards the stay to reserve the space (25%)

Emergencies/Care
I also give permission for Emily Miles (Owner of Truffles n Cuddles dog walking services) to seek emergency veterinary assistance if required and necessary and this will be carried out by my (the client) usual vets, however this can not always be guaranteed (ie. an emergency) and I accept that Truffles n Cuddles will use any registered vet in such circumstances.

I am fully responsible for the full payment from the cost of all veterinary treatment my pet(s) receives whilst under the care of Truffles n Cuddles and I agree to pay all such costs with immediate effect upon pickup or agreement with Emily Miles (Owner of Truffles n Cuddles).

I understand that my pet(s) can contract contagious/infectious diseases and conditions even if they are protected; the following include examples but are not limited to : Kennel Cough, Parvovirus, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Infectious hepatitis, pregnancy, fleas, worms, skin diseases and lyme disease. Truffles n Cuddles will not hold any responsibility in the event my pet(s) contracts any diseases and/or conditions whilst Truffles n Cuddles is carrying out my chosen services with my pet(s).

Truffles n Cuddles also reserves the right to refuse admission whilst your pet(s) is/are recovering from any diseases, injuries and accidents and I agree to inform Truffles n Cuddles of any known diseases, injuries and accidents that my pet(s) has/have been exposed to. Therefore, I further agree to take necessary precautions to ensure my pet(s) remains as healthy as possible and recovers well so that my pet(s) is/are able to return to Truffles n Cuddles in good health.

I understand it is my responsibility whether or not my pet is vaccinated and ensure my pet(s) is/are in good health before any service is undertaken by Truffles n Cuddles. Whether or not my pet is vaccinated, I understand they can still contract diseases such whilst under the care of Truffles n Cuddles and Emily Miles holds no responsibility if my pet(s) become ill.

Behaviour/Wellbeing
I agree that my pet(s) has/have never bitten other pets and/or people and is in good health. Truffles n Cuddles reserves the right to refuse any pet that may seem dangerous, aggressive or disruptive.

Truffles n Cuddles reserves the right to refuse any bitches that are pregnant and I ensure to inform Truffles n Cuddles immediately of such situation.

To ensure my dog(s) has/have digested its food before its walk and to avoid ‘Bloat’ (life-threatening condition), I agree to NOT feed my dog(s) in the hour before pick up time. Truffles n Cuddles will not hold responsibility if failing to meet this criteria.

I am aware Truffles n Cuddles offer services where my dog(s) can socialise together with other dogs and where normal dog play is involved; I therefore understand my dog(s) could sustain injuries such as torn ligaments, scratches and other injuries that may occur even though supervision is monitored to a high standard at all times.

Consent
Truffles n Cuddles will only allow my dog off lead if they have signed the ‘Off Lead Consent Form’ and returned it to Emily Miles (owner of Truffles n Cuddles).

Truffles n Cuddles will only take photographs/videos of my pet(s) solely for the purpose of media and advertising if I have signed the ‘Photograph Consent Form’ and handed it back to Emily Miles (owner of Truffles n Cuddles).

Cancellations/Delays
I agree to inform Emily Miles (owner of Truffles n Cuddles) of cancellations with a minimum of 24 hours. Failure to do so after this will result in being charged in full for the following day's service(s). Refer to no.5 regarding overnight stay cancellation policy

In the unlikely event that Emily Miles (owner of Truffles n Cuddles) has to cancel a booking (e.g. adverse weather conditions), contact will be made immediately via the provided contact information and you are happy for Emily Miles to contact you to rearrange your next walk.

In the unlikely event of traffic delays/other reasons for delay in pick up/drop off timings, Emily Miles (owner of Truffles n Cuddles) will notify me of the situation as soon as possible and she will do her best to get to me as soon as time allows. I will not be charged for any delays and I can rearrange my service with Emily Miles (Owner of Truffles n Cuddles).

All services are paid via cash payment OR bank transfer which is made in advance at the beginning of each week OR after services have been completed. A receipt of this will be given to me via email of my payment after cash collection.

Full refunds are not available after the service and/or cash or bank transfer payment have been made. I will allow a 24hr notice to inform Truffles n Cuddles of cancellation. This also includes advance cash or bank transfer payment which is non refundable once payment has been made.

Security/Access
I agree to arrange full access or provide keys to the pet(s) for the agreed dates by Truffles n Cuddles. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and full charge of the day’s service.

Truffles n Cuddles will be indemnified in full against liability from loss or damage to my property and/or land including its contents in now and future circumstances. By signing the ‘Key Holder Waiver Form’, you agree to the above.

Truffles n Cuddles will carry out essential steps to ensure security and safety of my home is kept in my absence during the times of your chosen service, however I will not hold Truffles n Cuddles accountable and liable in the event of any accidents, damages and/or burglaries to your home, land, contents and pet (s).

Truffles n Cuddles will not not accept the liability for any person (s) in my home prior to, during and immediately after services have been rendered.

Truffles n Cuddles will follow instructions for looking after your pet(s) but will not be held responsible for any complications that arise as a result.

I (The Client) must provide all items necessary for my pet(s) to be adequately cared for in my absence. I understand that if any additional items need to be obtained in my absence, Truffles n Cuddles will purchase these, hold receipt of the items purchased and I (the client) will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the items on my return. Items include, but not limited to pet food, litter, cleaning supplies and any other items that are essential in contributing to the wellbeing of your pet (s).

I agree to inform Truffles n Cuddles at the time of service of anyone who may have access to my home whilst services from Truffles n Cuddles are being utilised. I ensure that I will notify anyone with access to my home that the services of Truffles n Cuddles have been arranged.

Truffles n Cuddles may wish to have a companion to accompany during my services which will be agreed beforehand with myself (the client). The companion will also be fully insured and experienced with dog walking/pet sitting.

Privacy/Rights
All of your information is confidential. Records will be stored securely, safely and kept private.

I agree to inform Emily (Owner of Truffles n Cuddles) of any changes regarding my contact numbers, change of address, my emergency information and any other information deemed necessary for updating records.

Truffles n Cuddles reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time and the client may terminate this contract at any time also. Writing of this must be given as notice to terminate the contract.

Truffles n Cuddles does not hold accountability and liability in the event an animal escapes, gets lost, obtains injury or becomes fatal, or when otherwise told to leave the animal in an requested area upon departure of my services such as but not limited to a crate, a specific room in the house and/or a fenced area.

No changes in the Terms and Conditions will be made unless confirmed by Emily Miles (Owner of Truffles n Cuddles).

Supplies (Pet Sitting)
Truffles n Cuddles will clean up after your pets to the best, most possible ability and will be disposed of properly. I agree to inform Truffles n Cuddles where I want them to dispose of my animals waste bags. I also agree to provide enough stock including cleaning supplies, waste bags, towels, cleaning solutions etc and anything else necessary for the care of my pet(s).

I have read and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions for services received from Truffles n Cuddles.
